Support a holistic care model; our staff provides regular outings and activities to keep residents engaged with the community, ranging from group walks and musical performances to whitewater rafting. Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans in accordance with facility and state standards. Collaborate with facility staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents. Requirements Licensure: Active Oregon (OR) state licensure is required. Certification: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status or higher (e.g., LCSW). Experience: Previous experience in crisis intervention is preferred. Commitment: Ability to fulfill the 26 or 52-week contract duration and participate in the required on-call rotation. Benefits and Highlights Client-Provided Housing: Housing is provided by the facility for the duration of the assignment. Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met. If you meet eligibility requirements and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s). 401k: Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1.
