Principal Electrical Engineer – Medical Device Development Maple Grove, MN | Direct Hire | $130k - $160k Are you an experienced electrical engineer passionate about creating products that improve lives? We’re looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join an innovative, collaborative team developing next-generation medical devices. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex electronic systems, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable, safe, and effective products. Own schematics, system analysis, and design documentation to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Drive problem-solving efforts, perform root-cause analysis, and support verification and validation testing. Act as a technical liaison with customers, ensuring projects meet expectations and timelines.
