Membership Associates also may assist the management team in all boutique operations.Essential Functions:Deliver the ultimate massage experience to every guest and member, every timeMeet established monthly sales and performance goals by selling and promoting our membershipsAssist in Membership Sales as directed by management teamCreate positive experiences for all guests and prospectsExhibit excellent customer service – greets members by name, guests, and staff with a smileJob Responsibilities:Ensure membership agreements are filled out accurately and completelyEnsure every member is checked in in a timely mannerSet appointments and maintain schedulesCompletes follow up calls to prospects, membership renewals, etc.Promote sales of memberships, boutique items, and gift cardsMaintain daily cleaning checklist for front deskLeads staff by exampleEnsures the front desk is operated with the focus on customer serviceMaintains the desk in clean and efficient orderAttends and actively participates in company meetingsInteracts with other staff members in a positive, professional mannerAssume other responsibilities as neededWork early mornings, evenings, and weekends as neededRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to work with team members effectivelyGenerate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeAbility to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalismMust have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethicDemonstrated selling skillsExcellent telephone etiquetteEffective organizational skillsExperience working in a team orientated environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsUnderstanding of basic cash-handling proceduresBasic computer skillsVerbal and non-verbal communication skills
