If you know your way around rooftop units and commercial systems, take pride in quality work, and show up ready to get the job done right, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Service and maintain rooftop units, commercial split systems, small boilers, water heaters, heat pumps, electrical pumps, make-up air systems, tube heaters, and other related equipmentDiagnose issues, order necessary materials and supplies, and make repairs and replacements as neededRead and interpret wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and repair systemsProvide excellent customer service and communicationWork on ladders, lift compressors and motors, and handle physically demanding tasksMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeAccurately record time and invoices using a company-provided tabletWork 40 hours per week with occasional weekend on-call shiftsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience (the more, the better!)EPA certificationClean driving recordNecessary tools for the jobWhat We Offer:Company truck (dispatched from your home), gas card, phone, and tablet100% employer-paid BlueCross BlueShield Medical and fully covered Dental401(k) with a 4% matchPaid holidays, PTO, and ongoing paid training & educationNo residential customers, no pricing headaches—just quality work
