The EVENT LOADING position is a fulltime year round all season position Excellent Time Management Skills-work ahead and work independently Ability to learn a new process, follow detailed instructions/lists, and adhere to ALL company policies CLEAN a large fleet of vans/trucks ORGANIZE a warehouse with high volume catering traffic Run a mop/broom and sanitize equipment-take personal PRIDE in keeping a CLEAN work space Reliable Transportation and ability to be at work onsite as scheduled Good physical condition, ability to stand, bend, squat and regularly lift 50lbs of equipment and rentals into full size vans Driving Skills, must be able to back up trucks including box trucks with liftgates Saturday Availability, we are busiest on Saturdays and Sundays Flexible Early AM Availability by 5:00am daily when needed Two years progressive back of house experience-we check employment history Serve Safe Certification Three References upon request after first interview Nelson's Offers for Full Time Employees: Full Time Schedule with two days off each week, will rotate depending upon scheduled events Regular Training and Development Opportunities Regular Wage Review Competitive Hourly Wage Based on Experience Paid Holidays- annually 6 paid holidays PTO - Annually 5 earned PTO Days after 90 days employment Vacation -Five days -one week paid vacation after one year full time employment Health Insurance - 3 Plans with Employer contribution towards employee premium after 60 days employment Day 1 Retirement plan option including a company sponsored employer 3% match on your contribution Dental and Vision Insurance Plans Delicious free lunch daily If our EVENTS LOADING position interests you.
