Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at HTS IL, a telecommunications contractor committed to dependable service and strong project execution. This role requires someone who can exercise discretion, sound independent judgment, and a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality while keeping daily operations running smoothly.What We Need from You The Executive Assistant will manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries. They will prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials while handling all confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role includes screening calls, emails, and correspondence; assisting with project coordination and follow‑ups; organizing meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items; and providing reliable support for general administrative tasks as needed.
