This is a hands-on field position that combines fuel delivery with service support, maintenance inspections, and on-site upsell opportunities.This role is ideal for a dependable driver with strong people skills and technical aptitude: someone who can deliver safely, perform routine service functions, and identify opportunities to add value to the customer.Requirements:CDL Class B with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements: RequiredClean driving record and DOT medical cardAbility to lift heavy equipment and operate in various weather conditionsMechanically inclined and comfortable working with heating systemsStrong customer service skills with ability to explain services and promote upgradesWillingness to complete safety certifications and participate in ongoing trainingDemonstrate gas piping installation proficiency and understandingTechnical ability to perform repairsKey Responsibilities:Deliver fuel oil and propane to residential and commercial accounts on assigned routePerform basic system inspections during service or delivery callsIdentify potential service needs and present upsell opportunities (service contracts, regulator replacements, system upgrades, etc.)Ensure accurate documentation of delivery, service work, and upsell opportunities in CRM or route logsMaintain truck and equipment according to safety and compliance standardsProvide exceptional on-site customer experience: represent Kimlin with professionalismFollow all DOT, OSHA, and internal safety proceduresCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage with overtime availablePerformance bonus opportunities for upsell on-visit conversionsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and PTO401(k) plan with company matchUniforms and safety gear providedMonday–Friday daytime schedule with local routes only, home every night (seasonal overtime available)Location Requirement:This position is based out of Kimlin Energy Services headquarters in Gardiner, NY.
