Retirement Senior Analyst Join us at Christian Brothers Services, where our mission is to support and serve the Catholic Church and its ministries across the nation. We are seeking a Full-time Retirement Senior Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality pension and retirement services through accurate, thoughtful, and compliant retirement plan administration. In this role, you will provide advanced technical expertise, data analysis, and employer support while working collaboratively with internal teams, actuaries, and external partners. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization. Salary Range: $90,000 to $140,000 Duties/Key Responsibilities: Review and certify final benefit calculations, including manual and complex cases (e.g., QDROs, late retirement) Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and participant experience Resolve escalated participant and employer inquiries and coordinate with Plan Consultants and Coordinators as needed Serve as liaison to Administration Provider and other vendors, direct team on most efficient use of benefit administration technology, review system updates, and manage requests for system changes Guide employers through unique plan issues (closures, reporting errors, transfers, breaks in service), document resolutions and ensure administrative procedures are implemented Train staff on plan administration/system to develop team capabilities Manage preparation and review of annual actuarial valuation census extracts and ad hoc data needs Oversee data cleanup projects Potential to support 403(b) plan administration as pension workloads shift (data, procedures, cleanup projects, etc.) Christian Brothers Services is a not-for-profit comprised of cooperative programs providing administrative and managerial services to Catholic organizations. Benefits: 403(b) 403(b) matching Pension Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 10-15 years' experience in retirement plan administration, pension analysis, or benefits operations Strong understanding of defined benefit pension plans and complex benefit calculations Experience working with actuarial data and benefit administration systems Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
