What You'll Do On A Typical Day Learn about marketing functionality within a corporate environment, channel management and engagement, and building/execution of marketing campaigns Gain an understanding of industry trends and company initiatives Complete special projects as needed Assist in the development of content and front-end management for all marketing channels, including rxo.com website Work closely with members of Communication and Marketing team members on content and channel execution What You Need To Succeed At RXO At a minimum, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) It'd be great if you also have: Experience with digital marketing (including email, social media, digital advertising, marketing analytics) or content management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Energetic work style with a strong drive to succeed Self-motivated instincts with the ability to work well with minimal direct supervision or in a team environment and consult with team members/management as needed Does this sound like you?
