Job Description As an Assembly/Test Technician on our dynamic second shift team (3-11 PM), you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our cutting-edge Opto- Electronic products that power high-performance networks. Responsibilities Assemble and test advanced Opto-Electronic products with precision and attention to detail. Adapt to dynamic tasks and evolving requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaborate effectively with management, engineering, and peers to enhance manufacturing yields and throughput. Demonstrate fine motor skills and a meticulous approach to complex product assembly. Utilize MS Windows and MS Office software for documentation and report generation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. Be proactive in learning new technologies and processes relevant to the role. Be available for overtime to meet production demands and support team goals.
