Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Join a dynamic team specializing in the manufacturing of large-scale industrial equipment for the energy sector . We are seeking highly skilled Mechanical Assemblers for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role focuses on the complex, hands-on assembly of major mechanical skid packages, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional technical literacy. Key Responsibilities Skid Assembly: Perform hands-on mechanical assembly of large skid-mounted pump packages and complex mechanical components. Technical Interpretation: Accurately interpret and apply specifications from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Precision Tooling: Utilize a comprehensive range of hand and power tools for "bolt-up" assembly, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and tolerance standards. Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years specifically in skid package assembly or comparable large equipment assembly (Oil & Gas experience preferred). Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read and work from complex engineering blueprints and technical specifications. Skill Profile: Expert proficiency with hand tools and specialized assembly equipment. Scope: Experience must be in substantial equipment assembly (not high-volume, repetitive assembly line production).
