Environmental Team Leader and Air Permitting Lead Provide overall Environmental leadership to an east Houston hydrocarbon facility and oversee a small capable staff. You will take a lead role in the air media. Collaborative work environment with good support for the environmental program. The company is evaluating different processes and technologies and maintaining a flexible air permit is crucial. Due to the capabilities of the staff, they will consider candidates with minimal previous supervisory experience. Manage Air Permitting needs at the federal and state level Focus on renewing air permits to maintain operational flexibility Manage Air Permitting contractors assisting on the Air Permit renewals Consult with business development/project teams on Air Permit impacts on the business Develop plans to reduce GHG. Manage Air issues around Title V, NSR, PBR Oversee a manage staff Support the RMP plan and audits Develop and implement environmental programs Requires a BS Degree in Engineering or Sciences and high level of expertise in Air Permitting within the chemical or refining industries.
