This leadership role collaborates closely with system leadership to develop policies, improve processes, and maintain regulatory compliance while driving patient care excellence. Manager of Regional Pharmacy – Pharmacist Key Responsibilities Direct daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements Partner with leadership to develop operational strategies, budgets, and performance initiatives Maintain strong communication and collaboration with medical staff and hospital departments Oversee pharmacy information systems, charge systems, and inventory control solutions Participate in key committees (Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, Information Systems, Medication Safety, Nursing/Pharmacy, etc.) Lead staff management functions including hiring, performance reviews, development, and corrective actions Monitor productivity, financial targets, staff engagement, and patient outcomes; adjust plans as needed Perform all duties of a Pharmacy Manager as required
