Day Supervisor

We are seeking to hire a Day Supervisor. You will be responsible for communicating with Management, tenants, day staff team, dispatching, closing work orders, overseeing the daily duties of day staff, provide assistance to day team and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintain in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. Job RequirementsMust be able to follow instructions and complete all tasks effectively. Prior cleaning experience is a plus. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Janitor experience a plus but will train. Reliable Transportation. Benefits:Full-Time Pay rate $17.00/hr.
