Traveling Superintendent Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field crews on geotechnical or civil construction projects. Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities Lead on-site crews installing slope stabilization and other geotechnical systems Ensure jobsite safety by implementing site-specific safety plans Manage project executionon time and on budget Maintain daily documentation (logs, progress reports, as-builts) Support and review crew performance, training, and development Oversee use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles Maintain quality control and compliance with project specifications Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams Traveling Superintendent Requirements 5+ years in construction (civil or geotechnical preferred) 1+ year experience as a Superintendent or equivalent leadership role Able to read/interpret scopes, specs, and plans Ability to work at job sites 3-4 weeks at a time Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license (CDL A preferred) Comfortable working outdoors in various climates Traveling Superintendent Benefits Competitive salary with paid travel Equity - (Employee-owned Company) Per diem for meals and lodging 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Yearly bonus Opportunities for advancement and training
