HRIS Analyst $ 70000 - $ 80000 / Year Raleigh, North Carolina Human Resources Permanent LHH RS is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an HRIS Analyst with Workday configuration and reporting skills. This role supports HR, Payroll, and Operations by optimizing Workday and improving data-driven processes across the business. Duties: Configure and support Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Performance, Compensation). Build and maintain custom reports & dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, perform audits, and support EIB data loads. Improve HR processes and document system changes. Provide end-user support and training across corporate and plant teams. Required 2+ years of Workday configuration or HRIS experience. Strong understanding of HR operations, data structures, and HR compliance. Experience building and troubleshooting Workday reports (including calculated fields). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical details in simple terms.
