Position Overview: As the Sourcing Lead for Service Parts, you will ensure that new service parts are identified, sourced, and ready ahead of product launches so customers have what they need from day one. You will work closely with teams across Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and Purchasing to secure supplier alignment, establish supply parameters, and prepare parts for distribution. You will play a central role in maintaining in-stock readiness and supporting Polaris' commitment to reliable service. This role offers the opportunity to influence product success by shaping sourcing strategies and improving launch processes at scale. Key Responsibilities: • Lead supplier selection and onboarding, manage quoting, load negotiated costs, define MOQs, establish lead times and delivery schedules, and approve packaging requirements for customer-ready service parts. • Partner with Purchasing to ensure timely ordering and stocking of service parts at distribution centers in alignment with launch readiness metrics. • Monitor and report on service part readiness and key launch performance indicators. • Build and maintain supplier relationships, clearly communicating expectations and ensuring alignment with service part needs. • Drive continuous improvement of service part launch processes, tools, and best practices. • Stay informed on supplier manufacturing capabilities and emerging technologies to support strategic sourcing decisions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or product launch roles • Strong understanding of sourcing principles, supplier management, and inventory planning • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience collaborating with engineering, product development, and operations teams • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; PLM system experience is a plus • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $75,000 to $99,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
