Assistant Estimator Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to identify necessary resources. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing. Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender documentation. Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Support the team in managing vendor and subcontractor relationships. A successful Assistant Estimator should have: Commercial, healthcare, academic, retail and or multifamily estimating experience 1+ year experience Strong knowledge of the construction industry and estimating practices. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical specifications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools. Competitive salary ranging from $90000 to $110000 USD.
