What you will do: As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Who you are: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program Licensed as an RN Licensed by the California Board of Registered Nurses Oasis charting experience preferred Current CPT, Health clearance, completion of the Assisted Health Care Full job description available upon request
