As a Weekend Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met during weekend shifts. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' health conditions and document findings in compliance with facility policies. Provide compassionate care and address the medical needs of residents promptly. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Respond to emergencies and provide first-line care as needed. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri. Experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
