You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
