Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts related to goods and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budget constraints. This role includes managing contract proposals, estimates, and approvals, maintaining insurance certificates for the company and subcontractors, processing billings and invoicesincluding AIA forms and A/R postingsand supporting Project Managers by handling all contract-related documentation and bookings in a timely manner. Work Experience Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business experience (8+ years). 2 years prior experience in a contract administration role or related field is required. Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance required. Job costing and work in process knowledge required.
