Job Full Description Job Title: Production Operator - PM Shift Location: Savage Shift: PM Shift Industry: Food Manufacturing About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our team on the PM shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a food spray dryer to produce high-quality food powders, handling materials, packaging finished product, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to meet production goals and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate food spray drying equipment to produce food-grade powders Handle powder materials, including loading, transferring, and staging Package finished powders according to specifications Maintain accurate documentation of production and quality checks Sanitize equipment and production areas in compliance with food safety standards Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures Lift up to 50 lbs. (non-repetitive) as needed during operation or material handling Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow Operate a sit-down forklift for material movement and staging Qualifications: Prior experience in food processing, mixing, blending, or a related manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally during the shift Forklift certification (sit-down) preferred or willingness to be certified Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset Lakeville (Savage), MN 2220 8275 210th Street West Lakeville, MN 55044
