General Handyman

General Handyman We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our in-house labor team. This position plays a critical role in supporting a wide range of residential and light commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple trades, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on active job sites. Execute minor carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile, caulking, and general finish work. Assist with punch list items and final walk-through prep. Conduct basic plumbing and electrical fixes (non-licensed tasks). Respond to internal work orders and requests from project managers. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Safely operate hand and power tools. Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues. Load, unload, and transport materials as needed. Occasionally assist with demolition, minor framing, and exterior work. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on handyman or construction experience Proficient in general repair and maintenance across multiple trades Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (indoors/outdoors) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Speaks English
