As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, silicon engineers, DevOps/Infrastructure/IT specialists, tech sales specialists and other high-demand positions. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Identify, engage, and attract high-quality technical talent using creative and effective sourcing strategies and tools. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and leaders across technical teams to understand needs and align on job specifications, timelines, and expectations. Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organization. Market Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, technical skill sets, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers. Employer Branding: Represent the company's employer brand, advocating for a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and overall experience. Preferred Experience Technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling complex technical roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical understanding, sourcing skills, stakeholder management, interviewing expertise, communication, self-starter, detail-oriented, tools proficiency, experience in startups or high-growth companies, knowledge of semi market.
