In this role, you'll ensure every vehicle on our lot is clean, polished, and presented in showroom-ready conditionhelping deliver an outstanding experience to every customer. Key Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail new and pre-owned vehicles, inside and out Wash, wax, vacuum, and polish vehicles to dealership showroom standards Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, defects, or needed touch-ups prior to customer delivery Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies in proper working condition Assist with vehicle staging, inventory organization, and lot presentation as needed Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $15.00 $17.00, paid bi-weekly Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Supportive, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on vehicles and dealership services About Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota is a trusted automotive dealership serving the Fort Dodge, IA community.
