Financial Business Operations Analyst Reports directly to and works under the supervision of the Senior Director of Financial Business Operations. This position will develop, build, provide, and oversee/monitor client- and PBM-facing financial guarantee measurement; while also reporting key performance metrics, and reconciliation activities to facilitate senior leadership decision making, and support client and enterprise level financial planning activities. Essential job responsibilities include: Review, understand, and manage existing client- and PBM-facing financial guarantee tracking models and internal processes Evaluate, validate, and implement any approved changes to client- and PBM-facing financial guarantee tracking processes, methodologies, and supporting analytic modeling. Including but not limited to: Weekly client-facing shortfall tracking dashboards Monthly projected financial accrual information Ongoing financial guarantee reconciliation activities Work with internal technical partners to evaluate and identify improvements in the current and future financial guarantee processes and tools to further automate and streamline the methodology to capture the underlying data drivers from current / future internal systems and/or applications. Other activities to support identified goals and initiatives, including but not limited to: Monitor / manage the process to identify and prioritize submitted requests Research and perform, as needed, variance analyses Oversee / manage existing and future weekly and biweekly dashboards and tracking activities All other assigned duties Required skills / experience: At least 2 years' of PBM or related healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a concentration in Finance / Accounting, Informatics / Data Management, and/or Statistical Analytics. Practical data management / informatics related data mining knowledge and experience (e.g., SQL, SAS, etc.) Outstanding financial and accounting acumen, excel and data management / informatics analytical skills (e.g., SQL, SAS, etc.), including GAAP Efficient and organized Highly collaborative, team player Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $73,600 - $92,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
