Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Controls Engineer and be at the forefront of innovation in the manufacturing industry! You'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge controls and automation systems across all of our manufacturing facilities, driving efficiency and excellence in every project. Responsibilities: Develop, install, and commission plant controls and automation systems, from PLC programming to MES data collection, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Provide technical support for controls and automation systems, utilizing our state-of-the-art HELP Desk System to address any issues efficiently. Design and specify plant control system architecture, including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols, setting the standard for excellence in process controls. Partner with and direct third-party controls engineering partners to ensure alignment with our vision and goals. Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls and automation engineering within the Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or similar industries, demonstrating your expertise and adaptability. Advanced proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming (ControlLogix) and HMI development, preferably within Wonderware Archestra System Platform, showcasing your technical prowess. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, coupled with experience in designing and specifying process control panels, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. Preference for experience in the Food & Beverage industry, particularly with CIP cleaning and sterilization processes, demonstrating your familiarity with industry-specific requirements. Familiarity with Wonderware MES or similar platforms, .NET programming environment, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication within plant control systems, highlighting your versatility and readiness to tackle diverse challenges. Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, along with a professional attitude and appearance, reflecting your commitment to collaboration and professionalism. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, to support your work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
