JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Supply Chain Analyst provides advanced analytical, planning, and operational support across Momentec Brands' global manufacturing and distribution network. This role partners closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sourcing, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions that improve service levels, inventory productivity, capacity utilization, and margin performance. The position requires strong technical and analytical capabilities combined with hands-on experience in apparel manufacturing and high-SKU distribution environments. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the SIOP process, developing predictive models, and translating complex supply chain data into actionable insights for senior leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required): Support and enhance the monthly SIOP process through data preparation, analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-level reporting. Develop and maintain integrated demand and supply models aligning sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity, inventory targets, and service levels, and financial objectives. Build standardized Demand and Supply plan reporting packages for executive review, including gap analysis, risk visibility and mitigation tracking. Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility; recommend corrective actions to improve planning credibility. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate seasonality, promotions, and market intelligence into demand plans. Create rolling 1218 month planning visibility models to support capacity planning and financial forecasting alignment. Supply Chain Analytics & Decision Support Design, build and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks supporting SIOP, Operations and Executive Leadership. Develop KPI scorecards including forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), inventory turns, days of supply, OTIF, service level, capacity utilization, working capital and cost to serve. Perform root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, service failures, inventory imbalances, and production constraints Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations. Identify opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve and improve operational efficiency through data-driven analysis. Manufacturing & Apparel-Specific Analytics Analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, and throughput across internal and external production sites. Support analytics related to fabric commitments, MOQ exposure, dye lot risk, decoration capacity, and production lead times. Model make-vs-buy decisions, country-of-origin scenarios, sourcing transitions and tariff impact scenarios. Support operational decision-making related to seasonality, SKU complexity, and product lifecycle management and product harmonization initiatives common to apparel manufacturing. Inventory Optimization & Working Capital Management Develop and maintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) reporting frameworks, including monthly OTB reconciliation to financial plans and inventory targets. Partner with finance to ensure OTB alignment with margin targets, working capital constraints and reserve projections are reported accurately. Build inventory projection models incorporating demand, supply and lifecycle assumptions to support buy decisions. Support multi-echelon inventory strategies across manufacturing and distribution. Analyze safety stock, service level trade-offs, and inventory positioning to balance availability and working capital targets. Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory risks and support mitigation strategies including SKU rationalization and closeout planning. Systems, Automation & Data Enablement Architect scalable, automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar platforms. Design and maintain data models within BI tools to support dynamic filtering, scenario analysis and executive level visualization. Automate manual reporting processes using advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), SQL, Python, or other analytical tools. Partner with IT to improve ERP data structures, planning system configurations, and supply chain visibility. Establish standardized data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and auditability across supply chain reporting. Support development of a centralized planning data repository to enable future predictive analytics and scenario modeling. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Manufacturing, Distribution, Sourcing, Product, Finance, and IT teams to align supply chain analytics with business objectives. Provide analytical support for new product introductions, sourcing changes, SKU Harmonization and network optimization initiatives. Present planning insight and KPI trends to leadership in executive-ready formats. Act as a trusted analytical partner to operational and leadership teams, driving accountability through data transparency and performance visibility. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred (or willingness to pursue). Experience: 24 years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, or supply planning. Apparel Manufacturing or consumer goods industry experience preferred. Familiarity with SIOP processes and supply chain KPIs Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Basic knowledge of statistical forecasting and inventory management concepts. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours). Ability to stand and walk regularly. Occasionally, be able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 35 lbs. Frequent head and neck rotation. Frequent handling, grasping, and writing as needed for daily tasks at a standard computer workstation. Ability to constantly use a computer keyboard/mouse/monitor to enter data (repetitively). Ability to endure occasional movement bending, stooping, and reaching above shoulder level as needed for daily tasks. Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid, Office: To work in office at our Kannapolis, NC location, as well as from home each week (generally, Mondays and Fridays from home and Tuesdays-Thursdays in office). WORK HOURS: Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM DRESS CODE: Dress appropriate.
