What You"ll DoYou"ll respond to fire and water damage sites and help restore properties safely and professionally. Your day may include:Hands-on physical workWorking in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spacesLifting and moving materialsUsing PPE and safety equipment when neededFollowing clear safety and documentation proceduresThis is skilled restoration work — not janitorial and not typical construction — and full training is provided.? Core ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down restoration job sitesOperate drying, extraction, and cleaning equipmentPerform demolition and material removal when requiredKeep job sites clean, organized, and safeCommunicate with supervisors and teammatesFollow safety and documentation standards? Minimum RequirementsValid driver"s license & reliable transportationAble to lift 50+ lbsComfortable working on ladders and in confined spacesWilling to work in wet, dirty, or damaged environmentsAble to pass a background checkReliable attendance and punctuality?
