Who We're Looking For DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas Small animal experience required Emergency or critical care experience preferred but not mandatory - we're open to confident GPs transitioning into ER Calm under pressure, decisive, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000-$150,000 base salary + production (based on experience) 401(k) with matching Health, dental, vision & life insurance Paid time off Professional development support, including paid continuing education and license fees Employee discounts Schedule Overnight shifts, 3 shifts per week, 3 on - 4 off Full-time, consistent scheduling In-person at our San Antonio location ---------- Overnight ER medicine isn't for everyone - and that's okay.
