This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and growth for the right candidate.Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday (Overtime available) Shifts: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Pay: Competitive pay Career advancement and cross-training opportunities What You'll Do: Operate stand-up double forklifts to move, stack, and track inventory Load/unload trailers and maintain accurate documentation Use RF scanners and inventory systems to ensure precision Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe work environment and meet performance standards What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year forklift experience (stand-up required) OSHA certification or equivalent strongly preferred RF scanner experience is a plus Demonstrated consistent work history and reliability (essential for temp-to-perm transition) Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to be cross-trained and work overtime when needed Why Join Us?
