Position Overview Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a part-time role in a welcoming and supportive environment- center, school and home based settings . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated support team and provide essential speech and language services to children with autism. What You'll Do: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills. Collaborate with staff and parents regularly. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist( We can accept Clinical Fellows - CFs) Experience providing group treatment services to children with autism Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
