Parts Sales Accounts Receivable / Admin Clerk The Parts Sales Accounts Receivable / Admin Clerk is responsible for day-to-day functions of accounts receivable and administrative support of the Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies Parts Team. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to balance clerical responsibilities with accuracy. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable working across departments. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Prepare, process, and issue customer invoices Secure credit authorization when necessary Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with month-end close related to AR Support audits by providing requested documentation Request and maintain Sales Tax Resale/Exemption certificates from our customers Administrative Support Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Support office operations and general administrative needs Order office supplies and maintain inventory Assist management with reports, data entry, and special projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 2+ years of administrative and/or accounts receivable experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced office or finance environment Familiarity with collections and customer service best practices Skills & Competencies Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Confidentiality and professionalism Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Licenses Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift/move up to ten pounds and occasionally up to twenty-five pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and adjustable focus.
