Problem solving and root cause identification skills Effectively leading discussions with various partners and intelligently asking probing questions that get to the real business needs (asking "why" and not just taking requirements at face value) 5 + years of experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
