Your Role as ADON: As an Assistant Director of Nursing, youwill be an essential part of our leadership team, ensuring high-quality carefor our residents while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff. Key responsibilities include: Providing clinical leadership and assisting the Director of Nursing in managing and improving patient care quality. Mentoring and training staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork. Ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal healthcare standards. Developing a positive work culture that prioritizes resident care and staff development. What We're Looking For: Current RN License in Ohio (required). At least two years of nursing leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role). Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
