The successful candidate will be able to leverage their advanced data-driven solution skills to assist in our company's growth by working closely with product managers, marketers, and others. The role involves utilizing industry-leading analytics tools, techniques, and best practices in an exciting, growing, and fun team environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct advanced quantitative analyses to support business decisions.Develop and manage data visualization dashboards, preferably with Tableau, to communicate insights effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and marketers to implement data-driven strategies.Utilize big data technologies (Pyspark, Hadoop, Hive) for large-scale data processing.Employ large-scale MPP systems like Vertica or Redshift for efficient data management. Must-have Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience in any major dialect.Strong skills in Python or similar high-level programming languages.Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau preferred. Industry Experience: Experience in the technology or financial services industry is beneficial but not mandatory. Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, or Operations Research is required.
