We are looking for a motivated Digital Account Executive to join our North America Sales team in this strategic role. You will be instrumental in driving growth and closing complex, multi-region digital sales opportunities. Your Responsibilities: Accelerate Product Growth & Manage Pipeline: Focus on driving portfolio growth within key accounts, identifying strategic opportunities, and expanding discussions to build a robust pipeline. You will also maintain accurate forecasts and ensure all CRM documentation is current. Oversee Complex Deal Management: Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from qualification to proposal development and closure. Collaborate across functions on broader opportunities, leveraging your account knowledge and senior-level relationships to secure complex, regional deals. Foster Strategic Partnerships: Engage internal partners for support on opportunities requiring extensive account involvement or cross-business unit collaboration. Align product roadmaps with customer needs to support innovation driven by customer insights. Your Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales, particularly in Enterprise technology and digital solutions. Solid understanding of the industry, customer needs, and product domains; experience with BPM and DXP is preferred. Proven track record in proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and addressing complex business challenges. Exhibit an Enterprise Mindset focused on results, demonstrating drive, resilience, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant technical tools, providing feature-level insights and leveraging technical solutions. What We Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
