We re currently seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) site in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on delivering holistic care to a medically complex geriatric population. Position Details: Start Date: Flexible Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Duration: 4 6 months (minimum commitment) Patient Volume: 3 4 visits/day, with scheduled oversight for participants Panel Size: participants per provider Daily Census at Day Center: On-Call: Shared; phone triage only with rare SNF/ER visits EMR: Athena Clinical Scope: Geriatric and behavioral health care in a team-based PACE model Common conditions include dementia, substance use disorders, and undiagnosed mental health issues Emphasis on holistic, interdisciplinary collaboration with NPs, the Medical Director, and other care team members Ideal Candidate: Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Geriatrics Experienced with complex, medically underserved populations Flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented Why This Role?
