Telecom Analyst

Title: Telecom Analyst Location: Charlotte NC Duration: 12 Months Competitive hourly rate Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly on W2. Proficiency in Cisco IOS with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience in Cisco System Design with 5-6 years of experience. Expertise in data network solutions with 2-3 years of experience. Prior experience in the client's industry is essential. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is mandatory. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Holding Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, or CCIE. Experience with network hardware/software solutions including Cisco routers and switches, Cisco wireless controllers, and Cisco VPN concentrators. Familiarity with technology areas such as TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, Layer 3 Switching, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, GRE, HSRP, GLBP, IPSEC, SSL, , SNMP. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan, design, test, implement, and improve enterprise network solutions. Configure Cisco IOS, test, and implement new network hardware devices into the existing infrastructure. Maintain accurate diagrams and configurations for all network devices. Prepare engineering job packages with detailed parts/equipment lists and appropriate documentation. Ensure cost-effective design of systems to meet business needs and provide reliable service.
