Our providers deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved population, helping individuals and families achieve better health outcomes. You will provide routine and preventive care, including: Annual physicals and wellness exams Sick visits and treatment of minor injuries Immunizations and diagnostic testing Preventive health education and lifestyle counseling You ll also have the opportunity to guide patients through meaningful lifestyle changes supporting smoking cessation, healthy eating, weight management, and exercise.
