Critical Care/ICU/PICU/NICU Physician Assistant

Coverage Needed Start Date: 04/06/2026 End Date: Unknown Schedule: 12-hour shifts, day/night, Sunday through Saturday Minimum of 4 or more consecutive shifts of availability Weekend-only availability is acceptable Estimated Shifts/Month: 20 Clinical Details Current capacity of 14 beds with plans for expansion Manage 5-10 patients per shift Participate in ICU rounds at 10 AM and 10 PM Perform critical care procedures including Central Venous Catheter (CVC) placement, Arterial line placement, Hemodialysis (HD) line placement, and +/- Intubations (based on skill and comfort level) Collaborate with on-site physicians, other APPs, and/or e-ICU as needed EMR: EPIC Call: In-House Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Active Illinois License Required Minimum 1 year of experience Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS DEA Required CSR License Required by Jobble
