Facility in Mansfield Center, CT seeking Child Psychiatry Outpatient locums coverage Rates: $280/hr Opportunity Highlights Start Date: May 1, 2026 End Date: December 31, 2026 Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Work-Life Balance: No weekends, no on-call, and no overtime. Clinical Mix: Inpatient and Ambulatory Child Center coverage. Patient Volume: 5 10 patients daily, including new intakes. Clinical Responsibilities As a specialist in Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, you will manage a variety of psychiatric diagnoses within a collaborative hospital setting. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and intakes for new patients. Manage a daily caseload of 5 10 pediatric patients in the ambulatory setting. Provide high-quality inpatient care for children and adolescents with acute mental health issues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practitioners. Provider Requirements Board Certification: Must be Board Certified specifically in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (Required). Experience: Previous experience in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric behavioral health. Telehealth: No telehealth experience is required for this on-site role. Licensure: Active Connecticut (CT) Medical License preferred at time of submission.
