Will comply with organization and department policies. Essential Skills and Experience: Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing. Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license. Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license or Physician Assistant license.
