With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Garden Center Associate to support the daily operations of our North Madison, WI Garden Center, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining plant health. What You'll Do: Deliver excellent customer service throughout all stages of the shopping experience Assist customers in locating products and selecting items that meet their needs Care for plants, including watering, pruning, and general upkeep Perform cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For: Strong Customer service and communication skills Previous cash-handling or retail experience preferred Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, soils, insecticides, and plant disease management preferred Willingness to work nights and weekends Why Join Jung Seed Co.?: Employee Discount Flexible hours A friendly, supportive, and passionate team If you're ready to dig into a new opportunity and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
