This role ensures all vehicles are clean, polished, and presented to the highest standard. Key ResponsibilitiesWash and clean vehicle exteriors, including windows and doorjambsApply wax and polish to vehicle surfaces, buffing as neededVacuum interiors and clean upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces using appropriate productsInspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or interior damage and report findings to managementDress tires and remove protective films or shipping materialsMaintain showroom and lot vehicles in clean, ready-to-display conditionRemove window stickers from sold vehicles and take photos for online listingsKeep the detail shop organized, clean, and ensure all dealership tools and equipment are accounted forProvide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehiclesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsProfessional appearance and demeanorGood judgment and time management skills Working Conditions This position requires frequent physical activity, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles throughout the day.
