Industrial Assembler Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shift We're looking for reliable, hands-on Industrial Assemblers to help build our test filtration equipment. If you like working with tools, building things, and solving problems, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do Assemble machinery by following blueprints and instructions Install and align parts, motors, pumps, pipes, and electrical components Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, fasten, and adjust parts Inspect parts to make sure everything fits and works correctly Test finished units and make adjustments if needed What You Need Experience with mechanical assembly or machine building Ability to read and understand blueprints Comfortable using hand and power tools Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems Nice-to-Have Skills Welding or fabrication experience Electrical or wiring knowledge Understanding of preventive maintenance Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with up to a 6% company match (after 60 days) Paid vacation starting at 10 days, growing up to 25 days PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays Stable schedules on 1st and 2nd shift Work Environment Bright, historic building with windows throughout Fans and open doors used in warmer months Cold drinks and frozen treats provided in the summer Friendly, team-oriented shop atmosphere Apply Today If you enjoy building equipment and want a stable job with great benefits, we'd love to have you apply for 1st or 2nd shift. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
