Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Visual Analyst to support the Data Analytics Team (DAT) by providing expert-level web design, development, and hosting support. In this role, you will create high-quality graphics and visual assets to enhance content generation and hosting efforts. You will act as the primary point of contact for websites and graphic design, offering guidance on best practices and recommending proper implementation strategies for business solutions. You will interact professionally with senior leadership, interpreting requirements to deliver impactful graphics and websites that align with organizational goals. What you will doWeb Design & Maintenance: Design and maintain interactive websites and other visual assets for the customerRequirements Gathering: Gather feedback and complex requirements to create necessary assetsWeb Development: Leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery or Content Management Systems to create and maintain sitesAI Integration: Utilize AI and content generation tools to enhance workflows and improve efficiencyMentorship: Mentor junior teammates and provide guidance on best practicesSite Deployment: Design, develop, configure, implement, deploy, and maintain website deploymentsScripting: Implement JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS to support business processes and related dataContent Manipulation: Understand and manipulate web content while leveraging content generation toolsGraphic Design: Translate broad concepts into pointed graphics that visually represent written words; design and create graphics to support organizational activities and initiativesSolution Strategies: Propose business solution strategies and design approaches based on customer needs, processes, and technical feasibility What you need to haveClearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/ PolygraphEducation & Experience:10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a Master's degree (4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree)Technical Expertise:Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator5 years' experience designing and implementing customer web-based solutions using industry web platform technologies5 years' experience gathering customer requirements and leading process or requirements gathering sessionsDemonstrated experience in UI/UX design using tools such as Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of web and content management architecture and web security best practicesExperience with web design tools: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS What we'd like you to haveWeb Hosting Expertise: Experience with web hosting/monitoringServerless Architectures: Knowledge of serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)Network Profiling: Familiarity with network profiling and device fingerprintingAI Content Generation: Experience with AI-generated content and agentic codingHosting Solutions: Experience with Nginx, WordPress, or other web content hosting solutionsAtlassian Tools: Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
