In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in expanding Amazon Customs & Trade's external business, connecting companies to seamless international shipping solutions and driving strategic growth across diverse customer segments. Key job responsibilities - Drive New Business Acquisition: Execute targeted outreach to potential customers, manage active accounts, and guide them through comprehensive sales and onboarding processes - Vendor Conversion: Partner with internal teams to identify and approach conversion opportunities, delivering compelling presentations about our customs brokerage services - External Customer Acquisition: Research and qualify potential clients, conduct discovery calls, and prepare tailored proposals that showcase our unique value proposition - Continuous Improvement: Capture customer insights, identify process enhancements, and contribute to refining sales strategies and messaging - Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer interaction records and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic relationship building and customer-focused problem-solving. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 1+ years of sales or account management experience - Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication - Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals in a metrics-driven environment - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin - Experience in Logistics/freight forwarding/Supply Chain industry as a Broker/Customs agent - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) - Track record of successful B2B relationship building - Experience working with Amazon Retail vendors or similar enterprise customers - Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical products and explain them simply Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
