The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment Install and upgrade machinery and equipment to support production efficiency, safety, and reliability standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory protocols, including food safety guidelines The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position: 5 or more years of industrial machine and fabrication maintenance, troubleshooting and repair as well as TIG Aluminum experience Possess the ability to wire two-phase, three-phase and four-phase electric Possess the ability to work weekdays from 1 pm to 9 pm plus minimal overtime Possess a solid work history Being a US citizen or green card holder Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
